Steph's Salad Dressing

A response to our call for salad dressing recipes. Thanks, Steph!

Ingredients:

1 egg white
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp (30 mL) dijon mayo
salt + pepper, to taste
3/4 cup (180 mL) vegetable oil
  1.  In a food processor, blend together the first four ingredients.
  2. Very very slowly while food processor is running add in vegetable oil. Best way to do this is fill the little cup in the lid with oil (make sure it has a little hole in the bottom, most of them do) and allow it to drip in the oil slowly to make an emulsion.
