Please join the Victoria Public Market Society for the island’s largest local food celebration. EAT HERE NOW will feature an enormous farmers’ market, buck-a-bite tastings by local chefs, beer/wine/cider/mead sampling, a tea and coffee tasting area, and a huge kids’ zone hosted by LifeCycles and the Compost Education Centre. Visit www.victoriapublicmarket.com/events/ for the full list of vendors and participating organizations.
Admission is free and all proceeds from the event will go towards the establishment of a permanent downtown local food market.
