With apologies to anyone who was looking for the recipes for Shalgam Soup or Cocoa Beet Cake over the weekend; Holland was planning to post them on Friday but a rather long (but beautiful) train ride through Internet-deprived areas of Canada got in the way of that!

But she is now in Toronto staying in a connected place so they are finally up on the Recipe of the Week page.
