Bluff Box 2012 - sign up today!

The Bluff Box is currently on vacation but we're already getting ready to start up again in June 2012!

E-mail us at bluffbox@telus.net by April 30, 2012 if you are interested in signing up and let us know:
  1. What size box you'd like: mini, small OR large
  2. Pick-up frequency: weekly OR biweekly
  3. Your preferred pick-up location:
    • Langford (or Sea Bluff Farm) on Wednesdays (4-7 pm)
    • Fernwood on Thursdays (3:30-6:30pm)
We’ll then send you an acknowledgement e-mail letting you know you’re in. Spots are available on a first come, first served basis, but preference will be given to last year's loyal clientele.

Once you’ve received your acknowledgment e-mail, we will require the first month's payment as a deposit to guarantee your participation.

** The first pick-up dates will be June 6 (Langford/Metchosin) and June 7 (Fernwood) **

For more details about how The Bluff Box works, please read How It Works and the FAQ. (But if you still have questions, of course e-mail us!)

    4 changes of note:
    1. Ian King has taken over from Adam Saab at Sea Bluff Farm (Welcome, Ian!)
    2. There will be a new Langford pick-up location (max. 25), in addition to Fernwood
    3. We're offering a "Mini" ($15) box this year (perfect for singles!)
    4. Pick-up directly from the Sea Bluff Farm in Metchosin is now possible on Wednesdays.

Knowing the people who produce your food brings you closer to the land where your food is grown.  The goal of the box program is local food for local people at a fair price to them and a fair wage to the growers. What we eat directly affects our emotional, physical, and spiritual well being.  Good food does not only involve good soil and growing conditions, but the love and the intention the people growing it, put into it.
