Bake those greens with cheese*

Just pretend those beans are lentils
So this week's Recipe of the Week is not exactly light summer food. In fact, it would make a nice vegetarian main for Thanksgiving, but if you're riding your bike 50 kilometres a day (Holland) or farming full-time (Adam), it'll keep you fuelled for a lot longer than salad will.

It's also kid-friendly, easy-to-make, and incredibly delicious so give Cheesy Greens* a practice run now so you can whip up this dish quickly when it's a cold day and you're really craving comfort food. (And, yes, there will still be chard in September!)

* Even though the recipe is titled "Cheesy Greens," there's a dairy-free/vegan variation.
