Time for Tagine

A taste of Morocco
Fall is a great time for spicy comfort food and Moroccan tagines fill the bill perfectly. The latest Recipe of the Week (#19 for anyone keeping track, and yes, we're behind...) takes advantage of the lesser known fact that you do not need any special ceramic dishes (see photo) to make a most delicious vegetable stew. But if you happen to have one lying around, we'd love to know how you might adapt this recipe to use it. In the meantime, we're quite happy with what we've uncreatively named Stovetop Moroccan Tagine.
